Sprig only works if it's a place people feel safe being themselves. These rules apply to everyone. Breaking them can get your account suspended or banned.
Be real
Be yourself, be 18 or older, and use your own photos. No impersonation, catfishing, bots, or scams.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, orientation, disability, or any other identity.
Keep it appropriate
No nudity or sexually explicit content, and nothing involving minors — ever. Don't pressure anyone into sharing photos or meeting.
No harm, no spam
Don't solicit money, advertise, share others' private information, or promote violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
Report it
If someone breaks these rules, block and report them. We review every report — serious ones first — and act on accounts that violate this code.
